Katja Latos studied law at Heinrich Heine University in D\u00fcsseldorf, specializing in commercial and intellectual property law. During her studies, she gained her first experience in the field of intellectual property at the patent law firm KNH Patentanw\u00e4lte.<\/p>\n

She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of D\u00fcsseldorf, including placements at media law firms in D\u00fcsseldorf and Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

Since her admission to the bar in 2015, she has been working in specialized law firms in the field of intellectual property law and has extensive experience in the strategic protection and defence of intellectual property. She advises national and international clients with a focus on trademark and design law as well as litigation in cases of IP infringement.<\/p>\n
