Wenn sich hierbei eine Vielzahl von technischen Gesichtspunkten als potenziell relevant erweist, kann es aber nicht ohne Weiteres als nachl\u00e4ssig angesehen werden, wenn die Patentinhaberin einem einzelnen Gesichtspunkt durch ihre erstinstanzlichen Hilfsantr\u00e4ge nicht Rechnung getragen hat. <\/li>\n<li>Hilfsantr\u00e4ge, die einer aus dem erstinstanzlichen Urteil ersichtlichen Auslegung des Streitpatents Rechnung tragen sollen, sind grunds\u00e4tzlich innerhalb der Frist f\u00fcr die Berufungsbegr\u00fcndung zu stellen.
