On June 24, 2019, KARO IP attended the 2nd Chinese IP Workshop taking place at the European Patent Office in Munich.
The workshop was hosted by the Principal Director of User Services and Quality Management Mr. Niclas Morey and Mr. Jeremy Scott as sponsor of the Asian Patent Expert Group (APEG). The event´s topics surrounded new development of the EPO as well as CII (computer implemented invention).
APEG, the Asian Patent Expert Group, focuses on the development of patent law and practice in Asian, especially in China.
The successful seminar attracted about 40 people; among them corporate IP legal professionals, head of corporate technologies and patent attorneys.
