Online seminar about SPC
Dr. Yingkun Brunner, European Patent Attorney at karo IP, held a lecture on SPC (Supplementary Protection Certificate) at the “New Media Platform of IP Front” in China.
More than 400 participants attended the online seminar held on October 29, 2020. The presentation contains information about SPC basic knowledge and about the most disputed issues. Furthermore the focus is on the analysis of the existing case law (decisions made by CJEU).
