Katja Latos
Attorney at Law
Katja Latos studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, specializing in commercial and intellectual property law. During her studies, she gained her first experience in the field of intellectual property at the patent law firm KNH Patentanwälte.
She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, including placements at media law firms in Düsseldorf and Kraków.
Since her admission to the bar in 2015, she has been working in specialized law firms in the field of intellectual property law and has extensive experience in the strategic protection and defence of intellectual property. She advises national and international clients with a focus on trademark and design law as well as litigation in cases of IP infringement.

Advising national and international companies in the field of intellectual property, particularly in obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights before national and international authorities and courts; assessment of legal validity and potential infringements of intellectual property rights.
